Any registered charity or group who may have been effected by these false and bogus statements should voice their complaints to OSCR or your local police station.

Working Health Services Grampian

Working Health Services Grampian

Working Health Services Grampian
Working Health Services Grampian is a UK Government initiative aimed at supporting those working in small-medium sized companies in Grampian to return to work.

If you fill in the on-line form and you are eligible this will allow you to jump the queue for Health Services, some services are offering two to three days, do you consider this above board?

I certainly don’t as there are millions of patients who have been waiting for months to see their specialists for normal and also life giving treatment and there are also crazy waiting times for NHS Physiotherapy treatment – this new scheme promises a two or three day waiting time? How can they suddenly find slots to treat these patients when there are none at present?

You may expect a letter to drop through your door in the guise of the NHS which seems rather strange because neither the Scottish Government or the UK Government are telling anyone.

At present the website is being monitored by the surveymonkey company to see how many people will take up the offer – are we now heading towards the NHS being privatised in stealth mode?

The Scottish Government need to address this subject and tell everyone what is going on.

Waiting lists are obviously a scam when they can promise by letter that two or three days will get them treatment as long as they fill in the requested forms.

SNP Westminster Treasury Spokesperson Stewart Hosie MP has warned of a ‘lost decade for UK growth’ ahead of the Chancellor’s budget announcement tomorrow (Wednesday).

The UK economy is effectively flat-lining , growing by just 0.1% last year compared to the bold 2.8% forecast made by George Osborne when this Government first came to power.

And this Tory led Government are borrowing more.  The Independent Office of Budget Responsibility now forecast that the UK will need to borrow £134 billion more over the next four years than originally planned.

Worst of all, the Chancellor now looks set to push back even further the time when the UK’s debt will even begin to fall as a share of GDP.

Stewart Hosie MP said:

“George Osborne has fallen incredibly short of his June 2010 forecast by putting back by three years the point when UK debt will fall .

“The scale of this failure – a touchstone of his plans – plus the pain felt by ordinary families because he has chosen cuts over growth make it clear that austerity isn’t working.

“The Chancellor’s failure to ‘go for growth’ risks a lost decade of economic stagnation if he doesn’t waken up and invest for the future now.

“The Government should listen to all those voices from all sides of industry who are urging the Chancellor for a direct boost to the economy from capital expenditure and increased investment.

“And , of course, the Chancellor must get the banks lending. Businesses are still finding access to funding very difficult. We cannot have a repeat of the shambles of the Funding for Lending Scheme, which saw £9.5 billion lend cheaply to the banks only for them to cut their lending to SMEs by £2.4 billion.

“Plan A has failed.  It’s time to go for growth.”

Last night we asked the question who it was that paid for the inchgarth floor, today we can reveal that inchgarth had more money available on the 18th of March 2012 to pay for nearly two new hall floors before ASDA gave a 10 grand donation 10 weeks later, in other words they never needed ASDA foundation funding as they had their own funds so you have to assume that someone may have spun a yarn to ASDA.

One of our astute female readers spotted an old screen capture taken on the 12th of February 2012 where inchgarth released one of their management committee statements proclaiming Inchgarth’s Management Committee had given the go-ahead to use all its membership funds for the hall floors funding so now we know Ian Yuill was economical with the truth when he said on his own blog on or around the 18th of May that the ASDA foundation’s 10 grand donation would go along way to paying for the 10,000 pounds it was going to cost to relay the floor in the first place.

Ian Yuill was a full member of the said inchgarth management committee at the time, so did he inform ASDA prior to the ASDA funds being handed over that inchgarth was in line of raising 15,000+ pounds themselves?

Inchgarth has 2500 members whose adults pay 5 pounds and concessions 3 pounds each so that’s on average 4 pounds per member times 2500= another 10 grand into their so-called skint kitty, was ASDA made aware of this substantial fund raising before they were in the running for the foundation cash windfall?

inchgarth 2500 confirmed members Capture

So after March the 17th inchgarth was telling ASDA they were skint, penniless and no spare money and hoodwinked the ASDA Foundation into giving inchgarth monies which they did not even require it and three local Councillors stood on a floor knowing that inchgarth had already had twice that amount in their coffers and said absolutely nothing at all, why not?

To say nothing meant cheating two other groups who could have used the 10,000 pounds more wisely, so we also know the answer to the questions we asked last night, inchgarth did pay for its own floor ASDA paid the 10,000 donation into inchgarth’s general funding after all and even poor Claire and Donna along with ASDA’s then store manager got hoodwinked by standup middleman Mr Townson well, well, well there’s a shock, not!

Regular readers will have noticed inchgarth sources kept this revelation very silent of late indeed one must ask oneself why?

ASDA’s internal investigation into these events has dramatically failed, we did warn them but did they listen?

Next question what happened to ASDA’s money, where did that go?

Does the ASDA Foundation even care?

Do any of our readers know who the second placed group or charity was when inchgarth won the public vote that was never required as they now stand to gain now?

ASDA needs to tell the people of Aberdeen and Scotland what they are going to do about it now?

Perhaps we should have a study of the timeline involved, which shows more; To remind those who may have considered requesting an Asda contribution for their respective charities over the years and been turned down and refused for various reasons – Asda rules and regulations state that any anyone receiving a donation from Asda must use the donation for the purpose requested and certainly not for the benefactors general fund, and to repeat NOT FOR THE RECIPIENTS GENERAL FUND.

This timeline is NOT ours it belongs to Inchgarth and then Asda, it was two and a half months AFTER Inchgarth had broadcast and printed on their website ( see screen-capture) to everyone they had their floor repaired and paid. According to the Inchgarth website their floor was repaired and paid for by Inchgarth’s annual members subscriptions of £4/£3 pounds which realised the sum of around £10,000 and again according to the Inchgarth website the full amount of the subscriptions would be used for the floor repair. This was in March 2012.

In March 2012 Inchgarth again were raising funds to pay for a new floor which as we all now know got repaired in March, and as we also know Inchgarth is a thriving business with over a million turnover and have at all times been under the guiding lights of some Aberdeen City Councillors.

It is worth considering which needy charity missed out the opportunity to receive a £10,000 donation from the Asda Foundation, especially after we received an Email from Asda corporate affairs trustees spokesperson stating that the £10,000 would be used to repair the floor, and only for that purpose.

We now know this to be not factual as the floor in question had already been repaired and paid for, as Inchgarth had already stated that £11,000 had been used to do this.

When Mr Yuill went on his blog to say the foundation paid for most of it he failed to mention they already had raised all the required monies, why as a member of the inchgarth management committee did he not stand up for the other groups or charities shows he was biased in his dealings, did he inform ASDA inchgarth already had the funds required and the same goes to all other Councillors and ASDA employees who were at the presentation award on the new RE-LAID, paid for by themselves hall floor.

So let us try again where did the ASDA Foundation money go if not on the floor?

ASDA have no choice but to reopen their botched investigation to restore confidence in their charitable processes if nothing else?

Who Actually Paid For Inchgarth Floor?

Who Actually Paid For Inchgarth Floor?

Asda’s Julie Ward stated on her email to International Scotland that the purpose of the inchgarth floor donation was in-line with her trustees purposes but we have uncovered new evidence that suggests this was a not the case at all, Asda said they were donating the entire amount of 10,000 pounds to pay for the re-covering of the main hall at inchgarth as you can see from a screen capture of the inchgarth website last May inchgarth had already laid the floor before they knew they were getting the funds this proves most of the donation of ten thousand pounds went into general inchgarth funds a breach of Asda foundation charity funding regulations.

The question being asked by many local residents is if inchgarth did not know about the funds coming from Asda foundation 10 weeks after they held a sell out crowd of 500 at 15 pounds entry fee’s and 3500 pounds bar profits and started the flooring works on the 21st of March 2012 and completing it roughly 36 hours later if the centre had no funds to pay for it themselves, its obvious to everyone reading this once the money from Asda was cashed what was the original concert funds then used for?

Inchgarth sources have said for the last few weeks that the floor never started till after they got the asda foundation funding we now know by a recent uncovering by one of the other admin team this was untrue, we were aware of this before hand but nothing to prove that till now!

Asda confirmed it had done its own inquiry and decided it was the end of the matter, where or what information they gathered is unknown at this time and they can donate to whoever they like but they say they pride in themselves for delivering to good causes and staying within their stated funding regulations of not giving donations to groups or charities to put into their general funding accounts the screen capture below proves they failed in this regards with the said donation to the garthdee based group?

inchgarth relaid floor before asda donated the moneycapture

Just where this latest gaff from Ms Ward that it was all hunky Dorie, just wont wash!

Inchgarth says the works got done after they got the foundations money, asda says they paid for the job to get done, there was a concert held on the 17th of March for the purpose of raising their own funding which was a huge success and raised several thousands of pounds but as you can see above inchgarth and its centre users all said that the works were completed 10 weeks before Asda gave a donation claiming inchgarth was basically skint as you can see below, it just does not add up and as the inchgarth sources continue to shout out ‘you cant make this stuff up‘ yes we know!

Police chaplain ‘forced out after criticising gay marriage’
A police chaplain says he was forced out of his post after criticising the Government’s plans for gay marriage on his personal website, MPs have been told.
Rev Brian Ross said he was summoned to a meeting with a senior officer and told that postings on his blog on the subject of marriage did not fit with the force’s equality and diversity policies.

Campaigners against same-sex marriage claimed that the case was “just the start of things to come”.

They said it backed up warnings that chaplains in hospitals, prisons and the armed forces as well as teachers and other public servants could be dismissed legally from their jobs if they take what they consider to be a stand on grounds of conscience over the issue.

Ministers have repeatedly insisted that no one should be sacked from their job for voicing opposition to same-sex marriage and have built in special “protections” for clerics into the Government’s Marriage Bill.

But in a written submission to a committee of MPs revising the bill in the House of Commons Rev Ross claimed that his case was “typical of the kind of situation that could, and would, arise” once gay marriage becomes law.

Yorkshire Man 23 Child Sex Charges

Yorkshire Man 23 Child Sex Charges

What is happening to our country?

A primary school teacher in York has been charged with more than 20 offences involving children.

Parents of children at three schools where he worked have been sent a letter making them aware of the allegations.

A 31-year-old man appeared before York Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

He has been charged with 23 offences, including possessing indecent images, voyeurism, making indecent images, sexual touching and sexual activity with a boy under 13, police said.

In a letter from Eoin Rush, assistant director of York Council, parents were told: “North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that if any parent has not already been contacted by them, it is reasonable to assume that their child has not been affected by this man’s alleged behavior.

“However, it is right to point out that Police inquiries are ongoing and if as a result of these inquiries any further concerns are uncovered the Police will be in contact with anyone affected directly.”

Responding to the news, one parent told BBC News: “I don’t think the concern is so much that people’s children have necessarily been directly involved.

“I think, for me, the concern is that my child likes this teacher, enjoyed being taught by this teacher, and just feels slightly bewildered and shocked at it – not just what’s happened but by all the attention as well.”

A police spokesman said the teacher was granted conditional court bail to an address outside the county.

He is due back at York Magistrates’ Court for a committal hearing on 9 May.

Anti-Gay Church of Scotland News

Anti-Gay Church of Scotland News

An Aberdeen minister and his congregation who quit the church of Scotland over the ordination of gay ministers are to be temporarily allowed back into their former church.

The Reverend Dominic Smart left his ministry at the Church of Scotland earlier this month.

Much of the congregation of Gilcomston South went with him.

On Thursday night the Aberdeen presbytery agreed to let them use the church on an interim basis.

Remaining members of the Gilcomston congregation will temporarily worship with the congregation of South Holburn Church.

A special committee of the presbytery said that while it considered the future of the Church of Scotland congregation, it would allow the new congregation of Gilcomston Church to make use of the church premises.

A good move all around!

You have been empowered, I have been empowered, in fact all citizens in U.K. have been given the gift and been empowered.

Wikipedia says, quote; Empowered –  “sexy superhero comedy”
This to me says it all, especially the “comedy” part.

To repeat the recent interview in the Financial Times, see if you can guess the interviewee before you read to the bottom – I bet you can!

“I’ve done a great favour to Scotland and even Great Britain …a lot of people were devastated when their houses were ruined and their values destroyed when they put up a windmill near it. But they had no voice. Now they have a voice: me!

I’ve empowered them to fight. And people are fighting these ugly monstrosities.

“Free Speech”, has always been our policy which applied to all of our website, although we have of course been subject to spam and abuse similar to all websites to which we simply did not publish to avoid either heated argument or boost the third party ego.
In recent postings we have been too tolerant and our replies were offensive to some posters but especially to the Lady who was brave enough to let us know.
Our intention is to inform without fear or favour remembering to readers our stories are not our stories, they are yours as you still continually send in snippets of information which you believe is in the public interest.
We all know that corruption exists in bucket loads and although many of you think we can influence the local council or the local law enforcement you now know there are certain elements within these established business’s who are there solely for the intention of protecting certain individuals as Aberdeen city is rife with “cronyism”.
Keep sending in your comments, we will research them and we will print them if found to have substance.
