SCOTLAND’S PEOPLE DECIDE
I have lived for years gathering sweet memories as the human mind automatically rejects the bad times.
As a Father and Grandfather I never imagined I would have the chance to alter the course of an uncaring government and to fulfil my place and recognise and credit the Scottish people to be part of the voting public, yet on the 18th of September 2014 I will put my faith in the people who live in Scotland, some I know and recognise but the majority I do not know and may never ever meet them.
My vote is not intentionally political, but it is balanced and not bias (unlike the BBC which I have faithfully paid for and followed since before BBC 2 moved into my Mum’s black and white TV set) although listening to some political commentators recently I see the obvious get rich quick characters who openly tell lies, oviously for their own ends or they see a possible knighthood in the future – I see the TV and I hear the radio – the TV and the radio are obviously controlled by financial institutions and the British Government, no kind words have ever came across for those wishing independence which is surely a mark of extreme bias.
Let me tell all you who have a genuine vote, this time will probably be the one chance you have of changing the World and in our lifetime, although it will still be around in sadness and regret if the vote goes against independence.
If Scotland declares independence just think of the massive changes we will be honoured to follow, the future of our children and grandchildren will be secured if they want it, our country will see a massive shift in the parking of weapons of mass destruction – austerity will gradually depart, food banks will be a huge political football, and best of all our NHS will be secured, hopefully written into the new Scottish constitution in an airtight bubble so that whatever political party is in the NHS will be secured for at least another seventy years.
Please remember this when you go to vote – if the government whoever they may be can go out and buy guns, explosives and bullets then it is blatantly obvious that peoples health must always come first, arms must always be listed last.
The Scottish Government have promised that the new Scottish constitution will have the feedback and ideas from Scotland’s people getting input into the new constitution.
This means that all the best caring ideas will not fall on deaf ears as they are today, in fact they have been falling on deaf ears since the turn of the century.
Irrespective of how people in Scotland vote the majority recognise that all Westminster governments have treated the people living in Scotland like second class citizens and underdogs, a bit like that underdog advert except with us, no one is listening, ever!
Vote “YES”, for all the right reasons – there are thousand of them along with many still to be developed by the people living in Scotland.
