MORRISONS PARKING EYE APPEALS

Morrisons Parking Eye Appeals is a complete waste of time unless you have a receipt or proof of purchase on the day of the alleged car parking offense.

They are not interested in any other circumstances and the fact it takes them over 4 weeks to notify you, who keeps food shopping purchase receipts for that long shows it’s a legal money-making machine pure and simple.

One of the readers of our blog has described their recent experience with Morrisons Parking Eye Appeals process and its scary how they try to get away with not upholding one’s genuine appeals.

Our reader had what they call a “Frustration of Contract” where by during a recent visit to Aberdeen Morrisons just off King Street, he met with a charity client who was a regular shopper there and had a few coffees and our reader became ill with a form of Colitis which is a very severe and disabling medical condition and was in their toilets for around two hours this condition also affected his blood sugars which he was a diabetic anyway so the driver could not drive even if was able to do so.

The disabled charity volunteers client was so worried about him he stayed in the store until he was able to leave the store and now he has got a £60-£100 parking fine as well!

Morrisons Parking Eye Appeals has so far rejected the appeal by its total lack of understanding and completely ignoring supplied medical evidence that our reader sent them in form of a recent doctor’s statement produced well before the parking offense.

In their response they completely ingnore his medical evidence and simply asked for a proof of purchase instead which could be a form disability disscrimination does Morrisons know that this company is doing this in their name?

Of-course should you find yourself in this predicament there’s no point going to Morrisons as they have no sympathy what-so-ever with customers with severe medical conditions as their line has and always be 2 hours is enough to do your business within our stores pardon the pun!

If you have a medical condition that might stop you driving for a few hours its best if you just don’t shop there at all!

Parkingeye is not very good at planning permissions and most sites have not got the proper planning approvals for their signages so check with your local planning office if they have this in place, if not you win your appeal on this basis alone and signs have to be at eye level.

If you’re like our reader just ask Morrisons Parking Eye Appeals for your 10-number appeal rejection code and take it to their regulator for a proper appeal which is a free service win or lose and seems very straight forward.

Everyone understands that parking in inner city areas could be open to abuse but if one has a medical condition that prevents one from driving if over the 2 hour max stay it says alot about the way you treat potential customers and others reading this should think carefully if they plan to shop there or any other supermarket that has the same policy against disabled customers.
