Three Customer Service Complaints team are the pits, Three has lost the focus of customer and instead push new mobile contracts that are not wanted.
My wife was the victim of this latest attempt by three network to push their ESSENTIAL PACKAGE because over a 2 year deal they make more profit even though customers dont want it!
My wife was a loyal customer of several years and point blank refused to take on this Essential plan because it was a bad deal and compared to the advanced plan where her data was a personal hotspot three point blank refused to offer their online advanced plan telling her she was CRAZY to even ask for it and she was silly to even think about it?
It proves they don’t care about keeping loyal customers instead of profit margins, when my wife stated VIRGIN MOBILE HAD BETTER DEALS they stated VIRGIN uses a third party for services yes thats true but its true 4G not the crap 3G service we get in rural Scotland.
I listened to the 3 seperate calls to THREE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS TEAM and they were so rude and dismissive Three really can’t afford to leave their business to a third party Idia call centre?
Three has lost me this year after 9 years to the same sharp practices where they lied to me just to get me off unlimited data which was shameful and no matter how long you have been with them you wont get a reduction in price although they like to tell you “YOU HAVE BEEN SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER” it means nothing, just empty words by THREE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS.
My wife now has a shiny S8 at £29, 14 quid cheaper than Three and £79 kept in her purse three networksgreat loss.
