James Beresford of BLM Law Twitter account tells the wonderful story of sound legal advice but does this match from real world user experience or is it just self promoting hype?

Well I.S website has a particular interest in him and his BLM team of numpties since early 2020 and if the probate of the alleged murdered guest house owner of Mavis Banks is concerned he’s as much use as as an chocolate fire guard!

Lets examine how good James is as a Probate and Wealth Management professional he claims on his Twitter account and all information published on this website comes directly by his own actions or passed to us by leaks or subject access requests that had James or BLM kicking and screaming NOT to release.

So without further to do lets start the road to folly or redemption my money is on the former.

James took over this probate case from an even worse self appointed executer who was so corrupt he had to drop out before it went to court at Liverpool on Dec 2019.

That was Bartlett’s of Chester who claimed in court documents that the estate had care bills from Chester council of over £100,000 (pure fabrication) he also claimed that a funeral bill of £4500 was left unpaid from 2015 he also claimed the property in 32 Hoole road Chester was only worth £450,000 (it has 12 huge rooms and bathrooms, his memory of this event was so out there as we have the receipt and the corresponding bank account where his office already paid the bill in full, yes he’s a numpty but racked up legal bills of £80,000 is nice work if the courts allows bad legal practices and this was before Beresford and Pritchard under the BLM Law banner got their shot!

The probate court asked the North west law society to pick their top man and the chair sent his request using a hotmail account OMG.

James excepted and virtually from day one repeated all the errors from the first executer, he repeated the 100k care bill that was actually less than 10k and should be free of charge, restates the funeral bill was unpaid and claims the ex guest house is only worth £450,000 he could not even find the deceased shares but don’t worry James is the best in the land at protecting estates, yes I believe him, do you still?

There’s more, much more when the last surviving bloodline started to ask detailed questions the ever ready to engage Mr Beresford went to ground he point blanked refused to engage of any kind, not very client friendly perhaps he knew he was caught and found out?

Then he produced an oath of truth to the probate court rehashing all the above and he wanted out of being the executer as he claimed Dr Jones had no confidence in him that was around late spring 2020 but what he failed to tell the court in the statement was during that time he evicted Dr Jones and NHS covid staff after his goons broke in and changed the locks what a nice guy he is after Dr Jones complained to BLM management they made James a client of their own firm you could not make this outrage up!

Then he really went to ground contacting this executer was impossible and BLM Law compliance took on the case file and failed to even sign off anything with a real person signature so even BLM compliance could not follow best practice legal requirements they were and still a shambles.

Then it gets worse for poor James and BLM instead of letting go they ploy ahead and ask Mr Jones to give them real leads to sell the property for £1m pounds this is unbelievable we know but we have written proof of all this.

When have you ever heard of a wealth manager ever give away estate money to HMRC in not claiming BPR which James refused to except even though the business was registered as such and we have a chartered accountant report officially saying it qualified he still refuses to except that fact other than it could well be argued he has to backup the first executer because if he capitulates then Bartlett cant get his 80k legal bills perhaps they have done a secret deal in any event HMRC has started an investigation in what they state as fraud!

So James is now under so many regulatory investigations perhaps that’s the reason he’s a client of BLM but why is he still the executer of this now immensely damaged estate in Chester all by his actions and others makes no sense???

Just when our readers thinks it cant get any worse it does not only Does James and BLM not enter into negotiations to sell the property for over 1m pounds he does not even reply to the 2 multi-millionaires that informed James they wanted to buy the property one was the owner of Loma Wheels of Monaco.

Loma wanted the property for his future and potential UK head quarters he has since written to the court complaining he was NEVER, EVER CONTACTED despite emailing James directly a few times now James wanted to sell this property at less than half that bid his actions has DAMAGED THIS ESTATE BY OVER $500,000.

Get this, James then gets the first removed executor Bartlett of Chester into their offices and they discuss the 1m, Bartlett says to James don’t do it, James excepts his advice and does not even contact the potential bidders, they in turn lose interest and move on, why on earth did BLM even listen to Bartlett unless he had a stake in the final outcome how do we know this because BLM released it in a SAR, numpties and you want to hire them, good luck with that? How can any wealth manager worth what he thinks he is just do the right thing and resign???

This solicitor is in the legal top 500 and a senior member of STEP North West he should never have been appointed as executer given these shocking evidence of wrong doing and un-professional conduct that he never even did any rightful enquiries he simply followed all the previous paperwork – you have been officially warned this could happen to you if you instruct him or Charlotte at BLM.

As our readers will have gathered by now this was either all in aid of protecting the actions of the first removed executer or price fixing at less than half the going rate and at the time Zoopla valued the estate at £1.3m on their web portal.

BLM don’t like criticisms of their partners and are very happy to threaten clients with gagging orders oh yes James and BLM compliance like issuing them but when there challenged to produce evidence they end up with no legal defence and basically just give up!

This is what might happen if you get into bed with these so-called probate EXPERTS.

BLM LAW states they are risk adverse specialists the best there is James and Charlotte jumps on the band wagon and states the same garbage to them its words on a screen that means nothing.

For example when James changed the locks and kicks out its residents and makes Covid NHS staff homeless by law he’s supposed to insure the property for any loss so how come James to this day and claims to SDL auctions that it has vacant possession he has NEVER EVER INSURED THIS PROPERTY!

James wrote a letter to the nationwide bank and got them to remove £50,000 from a private Dr Jones bank account because they feared he could use it for court expenses against him without even getting letters of administration first.

This is now being dealt with the banking Ombudsman. James thought he was going to get removed and the property would sell for 1 million pounds he asked the Leeds probate office to put in a caveat something the probate office went mental about but what does he or BLM care the plan worked it stopped the sale, some wealth manager he is the only one ever to deliberately damage your wealth!

He supervised his junior to instruct SDL auctions to sell a property when he knew there was proceedings in court for less than its true worth what a guy and what a firm of risk managers BLM directors are?

Then we have a curious case of SDL auctions complaining to Beresford they cant under any circumstances get a hold of him to ask any capacity questions on why there’s now him, Pritchard, Peter Robinson of Oldham and two other no-ones all involved in directing SDL when SDL cant confirm they have probate capacity and not only that not only wont release a statement of accounts like he is supposed to do by law after letters of administration, he wont even give it to SDL who cant sell the property without it.

Again are these the actions of a top legal 500 member or an BLM wealth management expert, please don’t’ become their next victim, if it can happen to Dr Jones it can happen to you? The biggest concern is who is paying for at least 5 solicitors legal fees when it only takes one anywhere else in England? Know one knows as James Beresford won’t tell anyone anything?

Who in their right minds can trust a law firm that markets a £1m pound property like this in this above state?

How on earth is he maximising the estates value which is the first lesson in Wealth Management?

It was all done to damage the estates value to £450,000 Even SDL refused James instructions to sell this property at £450,000 to these accusations BLM has no legal defence no-matter how many courts tries in vain to defend such actions.

Does the above example of direct actions marry with their official line you can trust your estates into their safe pair of hands?

As an ex Aberdeen property developer if I presented a property in the condition as above to any estate agency or firm of solicitors they would point blank refuse to even list it for sale in the first place so to see a property marketed in such away from a company the SIZE of BLM and a legal 500 member is very disturbing indeed, we you like it if they were in charge of your families probates?

International Scotland has reached out to James and BLM Law many times for a press statement in these matters but silence in the name of the game so here’s a open invitation to respond to the above James break the above down line by line and engage your brain its not their just to decorate the inside of your skull if any of the above is incorrect and you can prove it we will of course remove it and issue you with and unconditional apology on this very site at least have the guts to defend your actions or inactions?
