LIVERPOOL PROBATE COURT PULLS FLANKER AT 11TH HOUR.

Its true what most people say about the Liverpool probate courts if their legal eagles gets in trouble they will do whatever they can to help them out so they don’t get found out and now we have total proof.

Caught right handed breaking a Liverpool court order in December and ordered to do an undertaken to follow that instruction there was meant to be a hearing tomorrow at 10.30am for a 1 day trial but the pursuer still had not received his Microsoft teams  login details so contacted the court to get told”

“WE SENT YOU A LETTER ITS TO BE A FACE TO FACE ONLY AND SAID WE SENT TO TO YOUR OLD LONDON ADDREESS NOT USED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS ONLY PROBLEM THEY HAVE IS NO SUCH LETTER HAS BEEN RECIEVED”!

They cant even state the date its stamped in their office is the 30th of September if  you believe they are so efficient to get in either London or the Aberdeen address he’s been using for months and all the evidence being sent by MS teams you have to be pretty stupid to think a court case that was meant to be by phone and video link only to then to be told you have to be in court face to face the following day 335 miles away one-way is outrageous!

Why would any judge 5 days before a case was called go from a teams video call to a face to face and then state ah i think it might be a 2 day case after all when he had 7 weeks prior to this date and in any case why would the same judge not first speak or at least give his reasons for changing the format of the hearing at very late notice strikes this well learned traveller something else is at play?

Dr Jones sent an N244 TO THE Liverpool court at 3.45 pm today complaining that this apparent abuse of the courts time and costs so watch this space.
