HYGIENE PRO CLEAN STOCKPORT LOSES £65000 WORTH OF CONTENTS?

Stockports very own Hygiene Pro Clean was instructed by James Beresford of BLM Law in Manchester to clear the property at 32 Hoole Road Chester 6 weeks ago and no matter how hard the owner has tried to contact them including international Scotland Staff we see have been unable to contact them its like they don’t exsist or a dummy company.

Just how or why one of the largest legal firms in the country used such a company to strat with is baffling but then again they also instructed a surveyors firm that had less than 10k of business in 2020 to do a fraudlent property valuation that was said by Charles Parker Bennett of Preston as being accurate and sound at 345k when we all know its close to £1m.

RICS has now luanched a full enquiry of course James Beresford so called top probate lawyer in the country used this valuation in a Liverpool Legal bundle and doctored the document.

When we found out it was dodgy as hell he redoctored the orginal document and claimed in court it was never used yet he paid for the service and the liverpool appeal court judge stated Beresford did nothing wrong nothing like protecting their own.

We have tried everything to contact Hygiene Pro Clean and yet to no-avail on Facebook it seems they are very hard to contact or tie down and since the contents was alleged to have been moved to Doncaster nothing is said they even provide storage of contents on any social media site, BLM Law has also stayed silent other than giving a email contact to this firm that gets zero responses in the last 6 weeks which James Beresford could not care less!

2/ Where was the goods transported to and have you still have them stored?

3/ Who instructed you to clear this property?

4/ What was the total cost of the contract?

5/ What was your written instructions?

6/ Who provides you with your indemnity insurance cover?

7/ Have you a complete list of all the damaged goods you skipped, destroyed or discarded in this process or photos taken thereof?
