Probate lawyers from hell BLM Law and their now discredited Top Legal 500 Mr James Beresford is in blind panic over a Chester probate case from Hell we have been covering for over 6 years.
James Beresford UNDERTOOK and AGREED to an undertaken (court injunction) NOT to sell an Chester Hoole estate for less than a final settlement min price of £750,000 at a high court in Liverpool in August 2021.
He has now broken this order 3 times since taking over the estate from Bartletts of Chester part of the Bartlett law firm in Liverpool as he was found to be inflating the council care bill from 10k to 100k so he could control the estate after buying the solicitors who had control of the late Mavis Banks wills.
The last order was made only a few weeks ago where he was told not to list the property for less than £750,000 but a few weeks after this instructed the new seller, Cavendish residential to list it at his favoured chums price of just £500,000 great deal for their chums in the trade if you get away with the crime of the century a reduction of £250,000 in a few weeks has to be a new world fraud record when only 6 weeks ago cavendish wanted the price to start at £800,000 So why did they agree to drop it by £300,000 less than their written valuation?
Of course in April 2021 he did the same con-trick with SDL Auctions they wanted to sell it at around 600k but Charlotte Pritchard BLM Law wanted 450k they said no and started it at 500k
Here is proof we tell no lie reporting this probate case from hell and all the time BLM Law is damaging the footprint of this estate and ignored 2 £1m bids to purchase the property on the say so of Bartlett’s of Chester, BLM never even contacted the two perspective buyers he should be struck off?
