ONLINE SANTANDER BANK CRASHES DUE TO VIRUS.
Santander Online banking crashed last night at around 10PM and was still offline at 5AM the next day.
They stated all evening they were experincing very high call volumes, its our understanding many customers had previously asked for Mortgage holidays and may have been excepted by the bank over 3 weeks ago but have yet to confirm this in writing.
Many struggling customers of Santander is in this mess and wondering if they will get it repaid back into their bank accounts is our understanding at this stage.
In anycase this banking server crash has not happening or very rarely before so its a worry for the mortgage customers and we all hope this fantastic bank recovers once more as they normally provide excellent customer services most of the time!
