Ebuyer Customer Services Contacts are just fantastic, especially Laura shes a credit to Ebayer UK customer services.
How often do you get UK customer services to sort out couriers Yodel as soon as you send a email at christmas time one day before Christmas eve.
The reason we asked for a refund was yet again down to their courier company Yodel’s Perth depot where of late they were getting better. Christmas has come and past and 3 day deliveries are now 5 or 6 yes its xmas, yes its covid but if they can’t deliver on time for prices paid for a service they need to communicate that to the retailers?
Its not Ebuyers fault but their customer services really is the best in the electronics market in the country nothing seems to be to much trouble for them when you have to contact them and today is no different.
I contacted them late last night informing them Yodel was not delivering on as planned on the 24th but the 29th instead, Laura replied at 8.51am giving me a full delivery refund and said she was on yodels case.
Yodel emailed me at 1.15pm saying it was going to be delivered at 3pm, well done Laura of Ebuyer and thanks to Yodel Perth and TBH the perth depot has for many years been a let down but the last 5 months has been night and day and great to see at long last well done them!
Good news is Ebuyers customer services are one of the best in the eltronics market nothing in the past seems to phase them and they seem to be able to make decissions fast and get the right result for customer satisfaction and for me they have never let me down yet.
Small items normally come by royal mail next day registered which is not advertised but excellent service none the less.
UPDATE – Thanks to the very reliable Baz from Poland, hes a credit to to yodel been my main delivery boy for over 5 years through mostly thick…lol.
