Chester Property price fixing scams are just off the scale with one corner of Hoole Road in particular coming in for some very special attention.
There is something very weird going on the the corner of Hoole road Chester we have recently seen 28 Hoole road been sold for around 750k and the solicitors evolved with both the exact next door property (semi) number 30 and the property we love to report on at 32 all have something common.
The booth have Bartlett’s of Chester written all over them both 30 and 32 had the pulse of Chester behind them and both had an senior valuer claim both homes were at least 50% under valuation.
On the 21st of July 2021 Matthews of Chester wrote to the lady of the house at number 30 and offered to sell the house for only 400k of course this is also part of a much contested probate case involving Bartlett’s of Chester and yet aging seems to be a full frontal price fixing scam.

What is even more surprising is the fact Matthews yes the pulse of Chester property sales can get it so wrong when they have an office less than 100 yards away beggars belief so they are either totally incompetent or total price fixing scammers AND IT SEEMS Bartlett’s are being protected from a dodgy senior police detective that BLM LAW simply does not want to name in legal documents to their case in Liverpool where they state his name is Mark instead of Michael oh and allegedly oversees the crimes against the elderly.
Why would a senior detective continually use a solicitor that was has so many complaints against him including a law society fine against his firm for over £300,000 and why does his bosses not ask the same questions strike anyone as very strange, perhaps that’s the reason this detective wants 32 hoole road sold for 300k less that a court order he’s jointly breaking another reason why BLM Law does not want to correctly name him?
